During Prohibition, only the savviest bootleggers were able to distill moonshine that was potent and flavorful while simultaneously evading detection. Today, following these same traditions — without the legal repercussions — we produce our house-distilled Signature Moonshine in a custom-made copper-pot with 100% corn and bottle it at 50% ABV.
